Body Brew Pilates

Mat pilates hosted the first Sunday of every month, designed to enhance core strength, flexibility and body awareness. Free coffee (aspen, maple, cold brew, batch brew) for every attendee after each session.

What is the Geisha varietal, and why is it more expensive?⁠

"The Geisha varietal, also known as the Gesha, is the diva of the coffee world. When it's grown in high altitudes it shows unique floral, sweet, sometimes tropical flavour profiles which is seen as a very high quality attribute in coffee.⁠

This makes the coffee in high demand in the coffee industry, but it is not a coffee varietal that yields much fruit. High demand + low yield makes the coffee prices higher, but if your budget allows, we definitely recommend trying it out, especially the washed Panamas, as it has a unique and clean jasmine flavour profile that no other coffee can mimic."⁠
